We recommend partial defrosting and brushing over with beaten egg. - Mini pasties and micro delights:
We recommend defrosting before baking and brushing over with beaten egg. These products can also be cooked in a fryer at 170°C.
In any case, the oven bake times are an approximation and may vary depending on the oven temperature, type of oven, product temperature prior to cooking, etc. Generally speaking, it should be baked fully until the crust is golden brown.
Spanish Omelet:
- Microwave:
Without defrosting, remove the omelet packaging and brush it over with some olive oil, cover the omelet with a microwaveable lid. Cook at maximum power for approx. 8 minutes. The time will ultimately depend on the power of the microwave. - Oven Bake:
Without defrosting, remove the omelet packaging and brush it over with some olive oil. Place the omelet in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for approx. 15 minutes. - Pan Fry:
Without defrosting, remove the omelet packaging and brush it over with some olive oil. Place it in the pan and cover it over with a lid or other. Cook on either side over a very low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Galician hand-made bread:
We recommend defrosting for 5 to 20 minutes (depending on format) at room temperature and then placing it in a pre-heated oven at 200°C. Cooking time depends on the size of the product.
Cakes and Desserts:
Leave to defrost and ready for serving.
